The theme for the 2015 Bell Tower Festival has been announced – Bell Tower Big Top – so all area organizations have plenty of time to consider how they might like to be part of the fun. With this much time to plan, many things are possible. Organizers hope to incorporate all the fun of a circus in the county’s premier summer event.
All area residents, Chamber members and non-members, are invited to a brainstorming session Monday, Oct. 27, at 5:30 pm at the Chamber office at the Jefferson municipal building.
